- Marcel Gagne has volunteered to speak at COSSFEST!
- Joshua Schroeder and John Mertic have each submitted presentation proposals.

Planning for COSSFEST 2010 continues and is ramping up quickly. Speaker submissions are coming in and we have changed our speaker listing page to include ALL the submissions. The list will be adjusted if/when needed, after the deadline for presentations has passed. If you or someone you know would like to do a presentation at COSSFEST, you'll have to act fast. The deadline for submissions is 15 February 2010.

What's Ahead

- A planning meeting is planned for 12 January, at the Protospace facilities (1012 MacLeod Trail S.E., Calgary, Alberta) at 7:30 in the basement.
- Sponsor Push. We need a few more sponsors. Let us know if you are interested, or know of an organization that would be interested. We'll continue to do some leg work on our end regarding this.
- Marketing Push. We have a draft of a marketing plan. We need help though. Can you help us get word out?
- More Newsletters. As we get closer to the event, we'll be increasing the number of newsletters from one every month or two, to one or two a month.
